Ullerup was Julia Brynn in the 2006 remake of Battlestar Galactica, which was shown through the Sci Fi Channel. In the initial two seasons on Sanctuary the actress was Ashley Magnus until the character was removed. The reason for her departure caused heated debate among the viewers. A lot of people wanted the character back for a future episodes, but the show was cancelled in 2012. Ullerup was a part of the cast as Bree O'Brien on Chesapeake Shores in 2016. Ullerup was cast as Maggie Thomas, Michael Thomas' estranged spouse, as well in Asteroid: Final Impact (2005). From 2016 Ullerup has been playing a regular part in the role of Dale Travers in Hallmark's Signed, Sealed, Delivered movies series.
