Aaron Jeffery

Award-winning New Zealand actor Aaron C. Jeffery is from Australia. He is
well-known for his role in Water Rats as Terry Watson, Alex Ryan and Matt
Fletcher which are all from McLeod's Daughters. Jeffery was born in Auckland's
Howick and moved to Australia when he was seventeen years old. He studied
acting at NIDA. After graduating from NIDA and NIDA, he started his television
career on the children's program Ship to Shore. Jeffery is famous for his part
as Alex Ryan in McLeod's Daughters. He left that drama in the year 2008. He
also appeared on the third season of Outrageous Fortune, a New Zealand drama.
Jeffery was the lead character Frank in Underbelly: Badness. On 22 June the
filming ended. The next day, Jeffery was named Bradley Fox's replacement for
Neighbours for a period of two weeks. It was discovered in October that Jeffery
had been assigned as a Wentworth corrections officer. Jeffery also appeared in
the Bevan Lee series Between Two Worlds for the Seven Network. In April 2021 it
was revealed that Jeffery was to be selected to play the role in the
forthcoming Netflix thriller Pieces of Her, which is based on the Karin
Slaughter novel of the identical name. As a result of his role in McLeod's
Daughters, Jeffery was awarded the Silver Logie for Most Popular Drama Series
Actor in 2004 and 2007.
